Get the same system we plugged into an 8-figure Gold Coast ecom brand.

Where this system runs today, marketing efficiency nearly halved year on year while revenue grew, and a four-person team ships all the marketing. We install the same system into your brand in six weeks.

The process

What we do, start to finish.

Step 1 · Build

We build your Claude Code system.

Installed on our proprietary memory architecture, so it never forgets: your brand voice, your products, your rules, every correction it's ever been given. Most teams' AI starts every morning from zero. This one is taught once, stays taught, and keeps improving as your team uses it.

Step 2 · Connect

We wire it into everything you run.

Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4: whatever is in your stack. It works from your real numbers and your real catalog, not from guesses.

Step 3 · Skills

We build the skills that do the work.

Each skill automates a real job your team does today, and gives them tools to get far more done:

  • Writing and publishing SEO blogs
  • Uploading Facebook ad batches, no ads manager required
  • Full Google Ads deployments
  • Running the analytics, writing the reports
  • Drafting a month of email in your voice
Step 4 · Train

We train your team in depth.

Role by role, on your brand, until they're using AI to its full capability: how to think and talk with AI, and how to build their own skills so the system keeps improving long after the install ends.

About us

Built by an operator, not an agency.

ArcOS was founded by Angus Deighton, ex-Head of Marketing at VERVE Fitness, an 8-figure Australian ecom brand. He spent two years building AI into the marketing engine there, and the last six months building AI systems full time: systems that let a small marketing team ship the output of a department several times its size, with outsized results to match.

Now he installs the same machinery into other Australian ecom brands. The person who scopes your install is the person who builds it: one operator, every install, personally.

Straight with you: the install business is new. The system isn't. It has years inside a serious brand, and on the call you'll see it live: real screens, real receipts. Judge us on what lands in your accounts, not on what we say.
What gets installed

Eight modules. One machine. All yours.

01 · DAILY BRIEF simulation
daily brief · tue 7:02am
revenue $14,382 yesterday · pacing +9% vs 7-day avg
meta 2 creatives fatiguing · refresh queued
flag price mismatch on 1 SKU · fix attached
actions approve ad batch (9) · approve Wed email
Module 01

The Command Center

A data warehouse in your cloud, synced nightly from Meta, Google, Klaviyo and Shopify into one number set nobody can spin. The 7am Daily Brief lands on your phone, built from your own data.

You know exactly how the business did every morning, without asking anyone.

02 · BRAND BRAIN simulation
load brand memory
voice · claims rules · full catalog · review language
correction logged: "never call it cheap"
saved as permanent rule · applies to every draft from now on
Module 02

The Brand Brain

Your voice, your claims rules, your catalog, and a customer-language bank mined from real reviews, served from a shared memory every team member's AI reads at session start. Every correction becomes a permanent rule.

Taught once, it stays taught: across every chat, every hire, every model.

03 · CREATIVE LINE simulation
run skill: ad-batch --count 9
angles mined from your own converting ads
9 statics rendered on brand
landed PAUSED in your approval queue
Module 03

The Creative Production Line

Ad angles mined from what already converted in your account, with static and video pipelines on your brand. Every batch lands paused in a phone-friendly approval queue; nothing spends a dollar until your person flips the switch.

Ad batches on demand, instead of two ads a week from a stretched designer.

04 · RETENTION ENGINE simulation
run skill: email-month
8 campaigns drafted in your voice
pushed to Klaviyo as DRAFTS in one run
note the API key is draft-only · an accidental blast is impossible
Module 04

The Retention Engine

A month of campaigns drafted in your voice and pushed to Klaviyo as drafts in one run, re-runnable monthly by your own team. The Klaviyo key is created draft-only: an accidental blast is structurally impossible, not policy-discouraged.

The email calendar stops slipping, and the revenue stops leaking with it.

05 · SEARCH ENGINE simulation
run skill: seo-article --from keyword-map
draft complete → human review queue
weekly visibility report
Google + ChatGPT + Claude + Perplexity → your inbox
Module 05

The Search & AI-Visibility Engine

A content production line with a human review gate, plus weekly tracking of your buying-intent terms across Google and the AI assistants, emailed to you as a one-page report.

Content ships daily, and you can check the progress from your phone.

06 · GOVERNANCE simulation
access audit
3 stale agency logins found → removal list sent
every key least-privilege · revocable by you in one click
rule enforced: nothing ships without a human yes
Module 06

The Governance & Security Pack

The recourse spine in writing before access is requested: read-only on live campaigns through the install, drafts by default, automated backups, a plain-English audit trail.

The worst case is boring: a rejected draft, never a live incident.

07 · TEAM TRAINING simulation
live training 1 of 2 · on your brand
your team ships a real batch before the call ends
role-based SOPs · named owner per pipeline
note your biggest sceptic gets the rejection button
Module 07

The Team Enablement Sprint

Six weekly calls, Slack through the install, and two live trainings. In the first, your team ships real work on your brand before the call ends, and every seat gets a first-ship milestone.

Your people run the machine and get the credit. Nobody watches from the side.

08 · HANDOVER simulation
transfer: code · prompts · docs → your repos
licence: perpetual, irrevocable
week 6: you revoke our access yourself
machine keeps running · the install ends, the system stays
Module 08

The Keys

Every line of code, every prompt, every doc in your repos and accounts from day one, under a perpetual, irrevocable licence, with an Operator's Manual any competent developer could pick up cold.

When the install ends there's nothing to cancel. Walk away anytime; the machine stays.

Fair questions

Straight answers.

Isn't this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
It's the opposite problem being solved. A chat starts from zero every time: no memory of your brand, no connection to your numbers, nothing learned from the last hundred tasks. The OS is the memory, the wiring, the skills and the approval gates, installed into your accounts. Your team's hundredth ad batch is better than their first, because everything compounds. That difference is the whole product.
A new model just shipped. Won't this be outdated in six months?
This is exactly why the system is built model-agnostic. The asset is your data, your docs, your skills and your workflows; the model is just the engine we drop in. The system it's based on has already run identically under two different AI runtimes. You also get a written model-swap runbook, so when the next model ships, your own team can validate it and swap it in. Model releases make your machine better, not obsolete.
My team is sceptical. Will they actually use it?
Scepticism is healthy; we build with it, not against it. In the first live training your team ships a real batch on your brand before the call ends, and your biggest sceptic is formally handed the rejection button, so their criticism literally calibrates the system. Every pipeline has a named owner and a first-ship milestone, and if any trained seat hasn't shipped by handover, we keep training that seat free. It's guaranteed in writing.
We've got an agency. Do we have to fire anyone?
No, and we'd advise against deciding anything now. The install is read-only on your live campaigns and budgets the whole way through, so your agency keeps trafficking exactly as they do today. At handover you own the asset and the visibility, and you make whatever call you want from a much stronger seat.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, and the architecture assumes it. Everything is drafts by default: ads land paused, emails are draft-only, content sits in a review queue. A human you employ approves anything customer-facing, forever, and every rejection becomes a permanent rule so the same mistake doesn't come back. The failure mode is a rejected draft, not a live incident.
We got burned by the last AI guy. Why is this different?
Don't take our word for it; take the artifacts. Your repos hold every line of code from day one. Every milestone has written acceptance criteria that you sign. There's an Operator's Manual written for a stranger to pick up, an offboarding checklist delivered before access is granted, and in the final week you revoke our access yourself and watch the machine keep running. Judge us on what lands in your accounts, not on what we say.
What does it cost?
A fixed-fee install, scoped to your brand and put in writing on the call: no percentage of revenue, no lock-in, and no retainer required to keep the machine running. We don't publish the number because the scope flexes with your stack and team, but you'll have the exact figure in writing before the call ends, and the install plan is yours either way. If it's a no, there's no follow-up sequence.
What do we keep if we walk away?
Everything that was installed. Code, prompts, docs, dashboards, the lot, in your accounts and repos under a perpetual, irrevocable licence. It runs on your own API keys in your own cloud, with usage caps and a run-cost transparency sheet, so the monthly bill is yours, visible, and capped. We also publish the honest no-retainer reality: what's likely to need maintenance in the next 12 months and what it costs on the open market, so staying with us is a choice, never a hostage situation.
Where does our customer data live?
In your own cloud and your own accounts. The warehouse is built in your infrastructure, every credential is least-privilege and revocable by you in one click, and the AI models are accessed under API terms where your data isn't used for training. A plain-English data-flow note covering PII and the Privacy Act ships as part of the governance pack, before access is requested.
How much of my time does this take?
Eight to ten scoped hours across the six weeks: a weekly call, decisions and sign-offs. Your team carries the rest inside the work they already do, with the trainings scheduled around your calendar. Nobody on your side touches a terminal.
Why won't you promise a revenue number?
Because nobody honestly can without knowing your offer, your margins and your market, and anyone who does is selling you a story. What we promise instead is capability, speed and ownership, in writing, with acceptance criteria you sign: the brief on your phone by day 7, production lines live, every seat shipping, the system yours for life. The revenue case gets made on the call, with the receipts from where this already runs.
What happens after week six?
The install ends at handover, deliberately. Your team is trained, the manual is written, and the machine is documented to run without us. There's an optional retainer if you want us to keep tuning it and absorbing model changes for you, capped at six brands, but the machine doesn't depend on it. The clean ending is the proof of the ownership claim.

Your team is walking.
This is the motorbike.

Thirty minutes with the operator who builds every install. You'll see the system live, and you'll leave with the install plan for your brand: what gets built, in what order, and what your team ships first. You keep the plan either way.

One operator builds every install personally, so capacity is two a month. Booked installs start in order.
